Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida, Jasmine Ruffat brings a warm, compassionate, and relationship-driven approach to real estate. Now proudly based in Owasso, Oklahoma, Jasmine combines her background in veterinary medicine with her passion for helping people to create meaningful connections with clients on their journey to homeownership.

Fluent in Spanish and known for being reliable, empathetic, and a great listener, Jasmine’s transition into real estate was inspired by her own homebuying experience and countless hours watching HGTV favorites like House Hunters. She understands firsthand the joy, challenges, and life-changing impact of owning a home—and she’s passionate about helping others achieve that dream.

Before entering the real estate world, Jasmine worked as a veterinary assistant, where she cared for animals and provided emotional support to clients during difficult times. This experience honed her communication skills, compassion, and ability to remain calm under pressure—qualities that now help her excel as a REALTOR®.

Outside of real estate, Jasmine enjoys traveling back home to Florida, spending time with her partner and their dogs Largo and Mahi, and being a comforting presence to friends and loved ones.
